Mt Coghill Vineyard is pleased to have produced a Sparkling Pinot Noir, made from our single vineyard pinot noir grapes grown on the red soil triangle.  
This wine has been on lees for 2 years, fermenting in the bottle and is a wonderful drop!
Bright and youthful with aromas of juicy black cherry and candied strawberry with hints of warm spice.   In the glass, bright red fruit reminiscent of the rich red soil and terroir where the grapes have embraced the earthiness.
Medium bodied and medium acidity with a soft texture on the palate. 
This Pinot was fermented for a short time on the skins (and no oak ageing), bottled for the second fermentation to make a lightweight, quenchable wine that is fruit forward and easy drinking.
Lovely wine to enjoy chilled and paired with almost anything!
