3 Bottles of our Siliver Medal winning Pinot Noir, made from single vineyard pinot noir grapes grown on the red soil triangle which is:
Bright and youthful with aromas of juicy black cherry and candied strawberry with hints of warm spice.  In the glass, bright red fruit reminiscent of the rich red soil and terroir where the grapes have embraced the earthiness.
Medium bodied and medium acidity with a soft texture on the palate. 
Aged all in tank (no barrels), this Pinot Noir refreshing and perfectly suited to any occasion.
This Pinot was fermented for a short time on the skins (and no oak ageing) to make a lightweight, quenchable wine that is fruit forward and easy drinking.
Lovely wine to enjoy with a slight chill and pair with a cedar-planked salmon.
