Mt Coghill Vineyard is pleased to have produced BlancDeBlancs, made from our single vineyard chardonnay grapes grown on the red soil triangle.  
This wine has been on lees for 3 years, fermenting in the bottle and is a wonderful drop!
Boasts charm aplenty in green-tinged golden hues and aromas that speak of citrus, stone fruits and fresh-sliced bread with lemon butter. Three years on lees has brought a gentle, autolysis-derived savoury complexity to the palate, complemented by zesty pink grapefruit pith and lime, with a touch of nougat and biscuit. Built on fresh acidity and offering a smooth, fine palate texture, it possesses good length and all-round poise.
