Mt Coghill Vineyard is pleased to have produced a Sparkling Pinot Noir, made from our single vineyard pinot noir grapes grown on the red soil triangle.  
This wine has been on lees for 2 years, fermenting in the bottle and is a wonderful drop!
Dark-hued, dark-fruited sparkling pinot that speaks of its cool-climate Ballarat origin with a rousing, attractive peppery spiciness. Black cherries, plum, acacia, earth and spice aromas. Lots of personality present in sweet red fruits bolstered by an enlivening peppery spiciness and fine acid crunch. Some background herbals come forth with time spent in the glass, bringing a nice finishing touch. Immediate drinking pleasure here.
